課程概述 Course Description
介紹電子系統構裝之材料、構裝方法(含DIP,SMT,Flip-Chip,MCM及多層基板等)、電性設計(含佈局、拉線及EMI)、散熱設計、系統設計與可靠度分析等課程學習目標 Course Objectives
應用數學、科學及工程知識的能力設計與執行實驗，以及分析與解釋數據的能力
執行工程實務所需技術、技巧及使用工具之能力
執行工程系統與元件之能力
培養跨領域工程模擬與分析之能力
