課程概述 Course Description


1.Structure, Properties and Recutes, Stereo chemistry: malecular orhital is correlated with the structure and physical properies. The principles of reading are interpretted by means of chlorination of methaue. Stereoisomers are specified, and their physical and chemical properties are correlated. 2.Alkaue, Alkeue, Alkyne physical & Chemical properties, classified & correlated preparance and synthese, analysis are taught. The resonance is demonstrcted in term of the conjugate "=". 3.Alkyl halide and Alcofol:The physical & chemical properties and their correlated syntheses and reactions are introduced. The type and mechanism of nuclecophilic substitution are demanstrated by means of the reaction of alkyl halide. 4.Aromatic cornpounds Benzeue is usedas an example to demonstrate. The physical & chemical characteristics of aromatic compounds. The sulistituent on aromatic influencing the reactivity and the onentation are shown and interpretted by the intermediates. For Aromatic-aliphatic compounds. The mutual influences hetween aromatic and aliphatic segments are explained.
