課程概述 Course Description

本課程係以行政法總論作為授課之範圍，並以講義方式進行。行政法係作為憲法規範之具體化，其一方面於規範層面佔國家法領域之大宗，而另一方面更於基本權利實現與保護息息相關。因此本課程希望透過行政法的學習，不僅幫助學生掌握行政法規範本身以及體系架構，並更進一步藉由行政法實例之解析與習作，培養學生將學理應用於實例之能力。
