GIS SPATIAL ANALYSIS

1. Spatial analysis: (1) Variables and information integration, (2) Time-space dimension issues of planning and design, (3) Spatial model; 2. Spatial analysis issues: (4) Spatial self-correlation, (5) Adjustable spatial unit problem (MAUP), (6) Zoning design method; 3. Spatial analysis method: (7) Exhaustive spatial data analysis method, (8) Spatial position model and point spatial pattern analysis, (9) Spatial connection mode and analysis technology, (10) Spatial interaction.

Course Goal
A. Cultivating advanced spatial planning and design professionals with globe vision, execution ability and leadership.
B. Cultivating advanced spatial planning and design researchers with scientific vision and innovation ability.
C. Cultivating high-level spatial planning and design teaching faculty with inter-disciplinary, forward-looking and globe visions.
