APPLICATION OF DANCE BIOMECHANICS ON DANCE INJURY PREVENTION

This course is to discuss the basic dance mechanics with relevant dance injuries and prevention to enhance students' understanding on dance movements and injury prevention. In addition, image capture systems will be used to analyze dance movements. All these are expected to promote students' awareness of relevant dance postures and injury prevention.
