心理測量與壓力管理在護理的運用
PSYCHOLOGICAL MEASUREMENT AND STRESS MANAGEMENT IN NURSING

本項目的主要內容包括兩大部分,分別為人才測評和壓力管理。在人才測評部分,主要測試大學生基本的心理能力及心理品質,如感知覺能力、記憶能力、學習和動手能力、智力水平,讓他們充分了解和認識自我,在此基礎上,結合職業能力傾向測試,給大學生未來的就業提供理論指導。在壓力管理部分,通過放鬆訓練和各種類型的生物反饋技術訓練,指導大學生在面對壓力和應激時學會採用正確而有效的應對和放鬆方式,減輕挫折感,保持心理的健康。
"The project coverage two parts, psychometric and stress management. Through the measure of students’ psychological ability and quality, such as sensory and perceptual ability, memory, learning and psychomotor capabilities, and intelligence, the students will have more self understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. In the stress management part, through the training of relaxation and various types’ biofeedback techniques, students learn to develop the positive and effective coping strategies with a relaxed mind to reduce frustration and maintain psychological health. This course is collaborated by faculties in Department of Nursing of NCKU and School of Nursing of Shandong University. Students will be prepared with basic concepts of measurement, stress management, and culture differences in Taiwan during the semester. Then the practical measurement and training will be in Shandong University in July."
