DESIGN THEORY OF MARINE MACHINERY

This course introduces each kind of boats and ships, their main frame, the connections between the main frame and the shape of ship, the cycle of the main frame, relative laws, propeller, marine shafting, basic industrial material, design procedures of ship and ways of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

Course Goal
A. Cultivate students to possess the ability of basic engineering systematic integration application and professional knowledge.
B. Cultivate students to possess the ability of boats or electro mechanics design and application.
