Class begins with introduction of the definition of resources separation and its interests, process and efficiency. Size reduction of resources will discuss about dissociation, reduction ratio, and crushing equipment. Resources grinding will introduce grinding theory, ball mill, critical speed, grinding circuit, grinding energy consumption. Sizing of resources include screening (particle size analysis, particle size distribution representation) and classification (Movement of particles in a medium, Stokes law, Newton's law, shape factor, free and hindered settling, classifier, vorticity). Gravity concentration covered heavy fluid separation (washing curve, heavy liquid resources processing equipment, diversion curve) and water current separation (principle of flowing film concentration, shaking table, spiral concentrator. Flotation will discuss flotation principle, flotation agent, flotation operation, flotation circuit. Magnetic Separation, High Voltage Electrical Separation and electronic sorting re very effective methods to recycle waste resources. The important auxiliary equipment in resources recycling plant is dehydration, filtration and drying. The design and equipment will be covered.
