CHINESE DIETARY THERAPY

This course mainly introduces the basic theory, production and application of Traditional Chinese Medicine diet therapy. In addition, some simple and feasible Chinese medicine diet therapy formulas are also introduced. The first half of the course included basic theories, physique discrimination, the taste and function of herbs. The latter part illustrates the principle of dietary preparation, the choice of medicinal materials, and precautions for cooking, together with basic nutritional knowledge to illustrate the effects of dietary therapy. Students are expected to learn how to improve the living habits and health of themselves or their family members.
