GENE CODE

The 21st century is the era of biotechnology and big data. Do you know what is gene? What are relationships among DNA, RNA, and protein? How DNA play critical roles in whole life? What is genetically modified organism (GMO)? Students will learn an insight into genes from this course. On the other hand, biotechnology is an interdisciplinary science. The students will know why computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, and chemistry are all required for revealing the genetic codes. Not only lectures, but also several related video will be performed in this class.
