SERVICE DESIGN

"Service design becomes a new genre of practice toward complex social-technical systems. This course invites students from all disciplines in NCKU to learn service design through solving real-world problems, with methods and tools that professional service designers already applied. Course participants will develop experience-oriented and service-oriented mindsets in problem-solving, and they can use those methods in their future professional practices when collaborating with talents from other disciplines."
