LIBERAL EDUCATION: LITERACY AND SKILLS FOR CHANGING WORLD

World Economic Summit proposes that automation will replace many traditional work; however, automation will create many new job opening. To prepare the youths for the sustainable inclusive world in the future, three basic competency are required: 1. complex problem solving 2. Critical thinking, 3 Creativity. This course is aimed to cultivate the literacy for the thee competencies. This course are divided into two parts. The first part describes (a) logic and analytical ability (b) incubate creativity (c) presentation of ideas. The second part will introduce the students about philosophy, genetics, anthropology, and design thinking. Then guide the students to solve a complex problem with these knowledges.
