INTRODUCTION TO ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

Administrative law is to regulate the legal relationship between the state and the people. Its norms are very broad, including general administration, water conservancy administration, health administration, economic construction administration, fiscal and taxation administration, sports administration, education administration, personnel administration, agriculture and fishery administration, etc. Through the principles of the Basic Principles of Administrative Law and the Administrative Procedure Law, students can understand the principles and basic concepts of administrative law, establish the basic knowledge of administrative law required for students to participate in national examinations, and understand the importance and true meaning of the principle of "administrative administration according to law" in the public sector.
