INTRODUCTION TO SMART HEALTH LIFE

Taiwan entered a senior society in 2018 and is expected to reach a super-age society in 2026. In the face of rapid social changes, this course will explore the social needs and domain knowledge of healthy living in different stages of modern high-age society, and explore ways and wisdom to promote healthy living from the six aspects of food, clothing, housing, travel, education and music. The application, and through the group discussion and practical application design thinking, proposes the problem situation and design plan for the healthy life of the elderly.
