CONFUCIANISM AND MODERN SOCIETY

Confucianism has a profound tradition of moral practice, with special emphasis on "huijie/wisdon solution “and "xiangying/correspondence". Readers must put themselves in a dialogue context to rebuild their thoughts, and only then their enthusiasm for life can be inspired and thought transformation can be produced. This course introduces the philosophy of Confucianism. It is also based on the central concern and value of Confucianism, this course responds to the challenges of contemporary issues such as democracy, human rights, rule of law, equality, and ethics of science and technology.
