LOCAL COLLABORATIVE ADAPTATION FOR CLIMATE CHANGE

Citizens of every country have to understand the climate change issue from the perspective of interdisciplinary, cross-border, and learn to integrate different technologies. By knowing Taiwan`s local environment, dialoging with stakeholders and case-study of the local implementation, this intensive course hopes to help students to think and try to propose a plan.
