TOXICANTS IN DAILY LIFE

Life is full of cheap and easy-to-obtain chemicals. How do they interfere with the body? This course is based on common cases of substance toxicity in life (hydrophobic oil, cadmium rice, lean meat, green oysters, plasticizers, Puffini eggs, etc., guide students to understand the basic characteristics of diet, home or environmental toxic substances, ways to enter the body, impact on the human body and major harmful effects, and then understand the basic concepts of toxicology, and learn and evaluate Affecting toxic pollution events in Taiwan
