PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLANNING

This course is one of the compulsory courses of NCKU's "Service Science and Experience" course. The course content is based on the service science, and the course module planning and design. The theme is aimed at design, business management and technology in the service industry. Knowledge, knowledge analysis and project management related knowledge, the content will cover the service business model, service process management and practice, service quality audit and other structures; the inviting part of the division, and will be combined with the existing industry network resources of the Wen Shiren Cultural and Educational Foundation Field practice teaching, and match the Taiwan service industry, training for problem-solving and internship problem solving.
