PAIN FREE FOR LIFE

This course intends to establish a school of pain control in daily living, providing a basic understanding of the causes and the prevention of pain in daily living, and a series of DIY skills in assessing and managing common myofascial pain. The course will also incorporate some examples of common pain in daily living and recommend some effective exercises and self-massage techniques. In addition, a series of online video quiz to examine the learner’s understating in proper exercise performance will be conducted to improve the learning effect of massive open online courses.
