COLLEGE CHINESE-MODERN POETRY: POETICS OF WILL, THING, NARRATIVE

To introduce the students to read the representative poets of the republic age’s new poetry and Taiwan’s modern poetry, also including the Chinese classic poems, the West modern poetry, the popular songs’ lyrics, in order to give the students a ‘poetic-education’ and a taste as Confucius said ” Children, Why do you not learn the poetry?”, and inspiring the students’ potencies of writing poetry through exercise.
