ARABIC(1)

This course is designed for beginning Arabic learners. Starting from the Arabic alphabet, it contains listening, simple writing, basic conversation and grammar skills. There will be multiple games intertwining with these skills in different lessons. Through interactive participation, this course helps to strengthen students’ability to memorise basic Arabic vocabularies and practice short conversations. Meanwhile, basic Arabic grammar will be taught together with correlative conversation topics, in order to reduce possible boredness and to improve students’understanding of Arabic sentence structure. In the end of this course, students are expected to have the knowledge of basic Arabic words, and to make simple conversations that happen in everyday life. This course is equivalent to the Common European Framework of Reference of Languages (CEFR) A1 level.
